 There are two ways to locate your RealPlayer or RealJukebox serial number. You can visit the My Account page at www.real.com to find the serial number, or you can find it by clicking the Help menu in the program.



 Locate your serial number using My Account 

 1. Go to www.real.com. 

 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. 

 3. Find and click the My Account link. 

 4. Log into your account using your e-mail address and account password. If you do not have an account, please create one. 



 Once you have entered the account area or created your new account, you can find your serial number by following these steps:



 1. In the Your Software section, find RealPlayer Plus or RealJukebox Plus.

 2. Click on the Update Now link for your product. A Web form appears.

 3. Fill out the Web form.

 4. Click the Go to download and instructions page button. A page with a serial number and download links appear.

 5. Write down the serial number.



 Locate your serial number in the program: Windows 

 1. Start RealPlayer (or RealJukebox).

 2. On the main menu, click Help.

 3. Select About RealPlayer (or About RealJukebox).



 The About... dialog box appears. Your serial number is listed in the section labeled "This product is licensed to..."



 Locate your serial number in the program: Macintosh 

 1. Start RealPlayer (or RealJukebox).

 2. On the main menu, click the apple icon.

 3. Select About RealPlayer (or About RealJukebox).



 The About... dialog box appears. Your serial number is listed in the section labeled "This product is licensed to..."




