Qualifications:
1> BE, BS or above in Computer Science
2> At least 8 years industry experience in large scale software development
3> At least 3 years experiences working as the software architect on analysis, designing and
developingPeer-to-Peer video distribution application
4> Strong hands on programming experience on designing and implementing software in C++ or Java on networking
application in Linux environment
5> Excellent skills and experience on networking protocol (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc)
6> Experience in web caching technologies
7> Management experience is a big plus
8> Excellent written and oral communication skills and team player
9> Good English (reading and writing) skills
